Role overview

We’re looking for an AI Systems Engineer to help build reliable agent systems used in real-world workflows. This role focuses on execution, stability, and thoughtful system design.

You’ll work closely with product and engineering to ship systems teams can trust in production.

What you’ll work on

• Building and improving agent execution logic

• Adding guardrails, approvals, and control layers

• Improving reliability, monitoring, and error handling

• Working with real customer workflows

What we’re looking for

• Experience with production systems

• Comfort working with AI models or APIs

• Strong ownership and clear communication

• Preference for simple, maintainable solutions
