You’ll work closely with teams using Sprig to ensure agents are configured thoughtfully, reliably, and safely in production.
What You’ll Work On
Supporting customer integrations and workflows
Helping teams design reliable agent setups
Debugging and resolving configuration issues
Sharing product feedback with engineering and product
What We’re Looking For
Strong technical foundation and problem-solving skills
Comfort working directly with customers
Ability to explain complex systems clearly
Preference for structured, practical solutions
