Role overview

We’re looking for a Technical Operations Manager to help keep Sprig’s systems, workflows, and teams running smoothly as we scale. This role sits between product, engineering, and customers.

You’ll focus on clarity, coordination, and reliability across day-to-day operations.

What you’ll work on

• Coordinating operational workflows across teams

• Improving internal processes and tooling

• Supporting launches, incidents, and ongoing operations

• Acting as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams

What we’re looking for

• Experience in technical operations or similar roles

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Comfort working with engineers and systems

• Preference for structured, well-documented processes
